Cancellation Policy

After your order has been received it is possible to cancel it; however, the below cancellation fees apply.

  • If the translation has not been started, a cancellation of 5,000 JPY, including tax, is charged.
  • In the event translation work has started, in addition to the 5,000 JPY described above, fees for the actual part translated are also due.
  • Note

    Translations such as liberal translations or other special requests fall under our Premier Translations pricing in the above table. For detailed pricing and schedule information, please contact us using the Contact Form.

    We are usually able to accommodate changes to the source text, even after work has started. However, changes to the amount of text can result in an increase in price and necessitate a change in the deadline. In the event there are changes to the course text, please contact us as soon as possible.

Which file types are supported?

In general, we prefer Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or Adobe PDF files. However, other file types are also supported, so please contact us with the Contact Form to discuss how we can help you.

Approximately how long will my document translation take?

This depends on the languages involved, but a normal translation of a 6000-character document from Japanese to English or Chinese would take around 5 business days from when we receive it. However, shorter periods are possible, so please contact us with the Contact Form to discuss how we can help you.
