Contributing to the Advancement of Medicine through Exceptional Medical Conferences

Since JCS became the first company in Japan to manage an academic conference in 1971, we have taken a leading role in countless academic conferences. Over the 50 years since JCS was established, we have constantly been refining our conference management skills to better meet our clients’ needs and to keep up with the times. We have been advancing with the development and introduction of mobile apps and the introduction of automated registration machines. We manage conferences with our abilities grounded in our innovative history.

  • The 81st Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society

    We were proud to manage this meeting, which was held in Kanazawa and had more than 15,000 attendee. To accommodate one of the largest medical meetings in this middle-size city, we utilized commercial facilities as conference venues beside a conference center and ensured a unique experience for all.

  • The 58th Annual Meeting of the Japan Diabetes Society

    One of the biggest challenges for the Society was a lack of meeting facilities and accommodation. JCS’ solution was to rent a cruise ship and dock it. Scientific presentations and social events were held in the restaurants and halls, and we rented the cabins to attendees.

  • Asian Pacific Digestive Week 2016

    JCS was proud to help manage this medical conference, which gathers and unites gastroenterology specialists from all over Asia. In 2016, it was held in conjunction with the Japan Digestive Disease Week (JDDW), and had more than 22,000 attendees.

  • 23rd Meeting of the Japanese Association for Dental Science

    This conference, which is held every 4 years, is the largest dental conference held in Japan. In 2016 it was held in Fukuoka for the first time, and more than 9,000 dental professionals from all over Japan attended. JCS was proud to help manage this conference, and arranged an orchestra to play at the opening ceremony, to ensure an unforgettable conference for attendees.
