JCS is Proud to be Certified as an Excellent Worker Dispatcher

JCS has been certified as an “Excellent Worker Dispatcher” in the “Excellent Worker Dispatcher Certification System,” a project commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in FY2017.

The Excellent Worker Dispatcher System exists to ensure that dispatchers can provide reliable services to workers and client companies by observing laws and regulations, helping workers develop their careers, securing better work environments, and preventing trouble in the workplace. The system certifies dispatchers who satisfy certain criteria as “Excellent Worker Dispatchers.” JCS will operate in alignment with the Excellent Worker Dispatcher action guidelines to continue to improve its services.
