JCS Celebrates the Opening of the Osaki Children's Reading Room

The Osaki Children’s Reading Room (part of the Osaki Station Western Exit Library), which is operated by JCS, opened on February 19th 2018. As part of the Opening Ceremony, there were remarks from Yoshiyuki Honjo, on behalf of the Shinagawa City Board of Education, and Noritoshi Yano, on behalf of the Osaki Second Neighborhood Association. Masato Owada, the department head of our Local Development Promotion Department introduced the team managing the library.

The ceremony was topped off by having cake to celebrate the opening of the Reading Room.
